<p>Full Motion Video (FMV)/Imagery Analysts must be able to work in a fusion cell and integrate GEOINT,&nbsp;IMINT, FMV, among other INTs, into intelligence products. Candidates be able to exploit video footage&nbsp;collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms as well as indepth,&nbsp;advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Support a combination of intelligence requirements ranging from standard IPOE to developing high suspense actionable intelligence. PED operations are dynamic and surge between Foreign Internal Defense (FID), Counterterrorism (CT), and Counterinsurgency (COIN).</li> <li>Conduct all-source research, analysis &amp; build fused intelligence products to develop pattern-of-life&nbsp;(PoL) analysis.</li> <li>Produce incredibly detailed analytical products to build PoL and target descriptions.</li> <li>Conduct Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and employing&nbsp;traditional Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) tradecraft.</li> <li>Exploit conventional imagery forms such as but not limited to Commercial Satellite Imagery and&nbsp;National Technical Means (NTM).</li> <li>Adhere to medical requirements.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>Standard Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].</li> <li>Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business&nbsp;associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies&nbsp;and practices.</li> <li>Embodies AEVEX’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company&nbsp;culture.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications and Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include knowledge in the fields of HVI&nbsp;targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.</li> </ul> <p>Education / Certifications</p> <p>Must have completed one of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Imagery training course or Intelligence school from a recognized DOD or Intelligence&nbsp;agency</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of GEOINT Analytical experience.</li> </ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of Full Motion Video (FMV) experience providing real-time operational&nbsp;support using tools such as, but not limited to, mIRC, two-way tactical&nbsp;communications, experience with video capture tools such as GXP InMotion to create standard&nbsp;PED products &amp; Incorporate Multi-source fusion into PED analysis &amp; products required.</li> </ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to&nbsp;successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
