<p><strong>Work Arrangement</strong></p> <p>This is an onsite position.</p> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>AEVEX Aerospace seeks an experienced detail-oriented Subcontract Administrator to support multiple&nbsp;business units in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is a full time, on-site&nbsp;position or remote position. The Subcontract Administrator works with the AEVEX team of procurement&nbsp;professionals, in support of DoD programs, to assure compliance with applicable procedures, regulations&nbsp;and legal requirements including FAR/DFARs and International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR). We&nbsp;are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic&nbsp;environment. Candidate must have knowledge of various contract types, knowledge and application of&nbsp;TINA and CAS, along with good verbal and written communication skills. Under limited supervision, the&nbsp;Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for activities that span the entire procurement cycle, including&nbsp;but not limited to: negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements,&nbsp;preparation of solicitation packages to subcontractors, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price&nbsp;analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions, subcontract administration, issue resolution, and closeout&nbsp;activities.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for Subcontractor Lifecycle from inception to completion in non-secure and secure&nbsp;environments.</li> <li>Responsible for Proposal support of multiple business units</li> <li>Participate in proposal solicitation review and coordination</li> <li>Create Request for Proposals against government and AEVEX requirements</li> <li>Responsible for issuance of Subcontractor RFPs, evaluating submitted proposals for price fair/&nbsp;reasonableness and TINA requirements, managing proposal schedules and timelines.</li> <li>Responsible for establishing and maintaining procurement parameters in MRP system</li> <li>Assure compliance with applicable procedures. Prepare Subcontracting file to include all required&nbsp;analyses, certifications and documentation.</li> <li>Negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Terms and&nbsp;Conditions</li> <li>Analyze risks and identify risk mitigation. Offer recommended alternative approaches designed to&nbsp;mitigate risks.</li> <li>Acts as primary interface between subcontractors and the programs being supported for all&nbsp;subcontracts related issues, regularly interacts with program management, contracts, project&nbsp;control, finance, business development.</li> <li>Administers subcontracts of various types (FFP/Cost-type, etc.) and complexity, utilizing various&nbsp;contracting vehicles (IDIQs, Master Agreements, OTAs, BOAs, etc.), assuring compliance with&nbsp;AEVEX procurement procedures and contractual obligations for price, delivery, quality, and&nbsp;performance.</li> <li>Accountable for conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement</li> <li>Interfaces with Supply Chain Staff, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Senior Level&nbsp;Management, Accounts Payable and Contracts - Is a key and integral member of Integrated&nbsp;Product Teams (IPT's)</li> <li>Perform other duties as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Standard Essential Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].</li> <li>Responsible for exhibitin
