Today, we operate seven factories nationwide, including our advanced prototyping and testing headquarters in El Segundo, and deliver avionics, hydraulic, and electrical components for platforms such as the F-35, F-16, F/A-18, 737MAX, 787, A320neo, A321, Mk-48, and M1 Abrams.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>Our Senior Technical Sourcer will own the top of funnel for our Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain roles — identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent before they ever reach a recruiter. This is a ground floor opportunity to shape how Amca sources and builds pipeline from the very first touchpoint, laying the foundation for our recruiting process as we scale.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Partner in-person with recruiters and hiring managers across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain teams to understand role requirements, must-have skills, and team dynamics</li> <li>Build sourcing strategies and talent maps tailored to each discipline (e.g., mechanical design engineers, electrical/hardware engineers, embedded and application software engineers, supply chain planners/buyers)</li> <li>Proactively identify and engage passive candidates primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter, supplemented by other relevant channels (professional associations, engineering forums) as needed</li> <li>Adapt search strategy and Boolean queries to the discipline — e.g., mechanical/electrical hardware talent vs. software engineers vs. supply chain/procurement professionals</li> <li>Write and send compelling, personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn tailored to each candidate audience, generating strong response rates</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles, ideally spanning multiple disciplines (engineering and/or supply chain)</li> <li>Top Performer in your current company and metrics to prove it</li> <li>Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search, InMail strategy, talent pools/projects)</li> <li>Hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse (pipeline management, candidate tagging, reporting)</li> <li>Ability to quickly learn and speak credibly across different technical vocabularies — e.g., understanding the difference between a controls engineer and a design engineer, or a demand planner and a sourcing/procurement specialist</li> <li>Excellent written communication skills — you know how to craft outreach that resonates with very different candidate audiences</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple concurrent searches</li> <li>Data-driven mindset — comfortable tracking metrics and adjusting approach based on results</li> <li>A genuine curiosity about hardware, engineering, and supply chain/operations functions</li> <li>Ability to work full-time on-site in El Segundo, CA</li> </ul> <p><span data-teams="true">&nbsp;</span></p>&
