This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains compliance with quality and traceability standards (e.g., ESD, lot/date control), and supports continuous improvement of warehouse operations.</p> </div> </div> </div> <div class="columnLayout single" data-layout="single"> <div class="cell normal" data-type="normal"> <div class="innerCell"> <h4 id="JobDescriptionInventorySpecialistI/II-Role:" class="section page-centered">Role:</h4> <ul> <li>Inventory Monitoring: Track, audit, and manage inventory levels within the warehouse to ensure accuracy. Conduct regular stock &amp; cycle counts, and reconciliation processes to maintain accurate inventory data</li> <li>Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, track item usage, and forecast demand. Use findings to recommend adjustments in stock levels to meet operational requirements while minimizing excess inventory</li> <li>Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and accurate product storage, retrieval, and consumption. Collaborate to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues that arise</li> <li>System Management: Update and maintain the inventory management system with real-time data on stock levels, item movements, and production consumption</li> <li>Process Improvement: Evaluate current warehouse inventory processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations</li> </ul> <h4 id="JobDescriptionInventorySpecialistI/II-Requirements:">Requirements:</h4> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in electronics, supply chain, or related field preferred</li> <li>2+ years of inventory experience, preferably in an electronics manufacturing or aerospace environment</li> <li>Familiarity with electronic components, datasheets, and part numbering conventions (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors)</li> <li>&nbsp;Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanning tools</li> <li>Ability to interpret BOMs, work instructions, and engineering drawings</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and high standards for accurac
