Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.</p></div><div class="columnLayout single" data-layout="single"> <h4 class="cell normal" data-type="normal">Technical Project Management Intern (Fall 2026)</h4> <p style="line-height: 1;">Internships at Astranis typically last for twelve weeks, and are hourly roles designed for students who are currently enrolled at a four-year university. </p> <p style="line-height: 1;">As our Technical Project Manager Intern, you will support programs to ensure success and timely delivery. This will include, but is not limited to assisting program schedules, risk management, and key stakeholder interactions.</p> <p style="line-height: 1;">If you have already graduated from a four-year university, please apply to for the Associate position.</p> <p><strong>Role</strong></p> </div> <div class="columnLayout single" data-layout="single"> <div class="cell normal" data-type="normal"> <div class="innerCell"> <ul> <li> <p style="line-height: 1;">Support programmatics from concept to completion for projects ranging from small internal R&D efforts to complete multi-spacecraft missions.</p> </li> <li style="line-height: 1;"> <p>Run risk management processes for projects including encouraging generation of risk documentation when needed, tracking of burndown plans, and coordinating approvals of risk closure</p> </li> <li style="line-height: 1;"> <p>Facilitate and streamline headcount tracking and forecasting.</p> </li> <li style="line-height: 1;"> <p>Plan and organize periodic internal program reviews including trending schedule, risk, and key program requirements</p> </li> <li> <p style="line-height: 1;">Work with engineers to develop schedules for various subsystems and boxes</p> </li> </ul> <p id="JobDescriptionTPMIntern-Requirements"><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p style="line-height: 1;">B.S. in aerospace engineering, or equivalent technical degree (e.g. physics or applied math)</p> </li> <li style="line-height: 1;"> <p>Strong communication skills, both internal and external facing</p> </li> <li style="line-height: 1;"> <p>Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across different tracks and groups</p> </li> <li style="line-height: 1;"> <p>Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, overcome obstacles with creative solutions, and clearly document/communicate tactical plans</p> </li> <li> <p style="line-height: 1;">Ability to handle multiple ta
