Working under the supervision of Shop Leadership, this position helps ensure customer equipment is processed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. This role includes equipment setup, operation, and maintenance while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>What You’ll Do: </u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Associate Shop Technician is an entry-level role responsible for supporting chemical cleaning and passivation processes within Astro Pak facilities. Working under the supervision of Shop Leadership, this position helps ensure customer equipment is processed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. This role includes equipment setup, operation, and maintenance while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong> This position requires the flexibility to work significant overtime, including weekends and holidays, as well as the ability to respond to short-notice call-ins when needed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Set up, install, and operate Astro Pak equipment connected to customer systems for chemical cleaning processes while wearing proper PPE</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Load and unload vehicles with required equipment and chemicals for assigned jobs</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Test, clean, and maintain company equipment upon return from job sites</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment</span></li> <li style="font-family: ar
