The candidate will provide financial support to Private Debt Origination, FP&amp;A, Tax, and Investor Relations teams through the timely and accurate completion of investment and financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements, and review of financial and operational controls.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements of various Private Debt funds</li> <li>Review fund administrator’s work on various Private Debt funds</li> <li>All accounting, reporting, and compliance of certain Private Debt funds</li> <li>Administration of these funds: prepare, coordinate, calculate capital calls and distributions</li> <li>Work with Investor Relations group in preparing fundraising offering materials and in providing information for due diligence requests, including fund performance data, fee information and underlying portfolio financial information</li> <li>Work closely with firms outside auditor in preparation of year-end audited financials</li> <li>Work with tax group in preparing quarterly tax estimates as well as year-end tax allocations</li> <li>Cash monitoring and reconciliation with bank</li> <li>Track and update the portf
