This position will work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, EVP &amp; VP of FP&amp;A and act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external advisors.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (Approx. 60%):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the delivery and ongoing enhancement of monthly reporting and analysis</li> <li>Analyze financial performance, including budget vs. actuals and key business drivers</li> <li>Assist with quarterly close processes, including accruals and allocations</li> <li>Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning</li> <li>Contribute to improving operating P&amp;L processes and reporting efficiency</li> <li>Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tax Forecasting &amp; Strategy (Approx. 40%):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and enhance quarterly tax forecasting and estimation processes</li> <li>Develop reporting to track partner allocations over time and ensure alignment between taxable income and cash distributions</li> <li>Support process improvements through automation and best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and comfort working with executives and third-party service providers.</li> <li>High attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong leadership presence, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance,
