Ensures a high degree of accuracy and exceptional service. Serves as a knowledge and technical resource to other team members with regard to accounting processes in assigned area</p> <p><strong>A typical day:</strong> </p> <p>Lease Accounting</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes and creates accounting system entries using the appropriate procedures and accounting principles for basic to <br>moderate transactions: <ul> <li>Books new leases and assists in client account maintenance.</li> <li>Assists with transactions, maintenance and research for non-ease Fleet acquisitions.</li> <li>Lessee accounting for Compeer lease obligations.</li> <li>Ensures accurate and timely lease invoice generation.</li> <li>Assists in lease accounting issue resolution.</li> <li>Assists with setting up servicing, monitoring and maintenance of specialty programs.</li> <li>Calculates, monitors and conducts maintenance for payoffs.</li> <li>Creates daily general ledger entries.</li> <li>Reconciles general ledger to core lease application and other lease accounting programs to ensure transactional accuracy.</li> <li>Monitors and resolves exception and unposted items.</li> <li>Processes specialized RAU (Risk Asset Unit) lease servicing requests.</li> <li>Collaborates with lease sales, credit and document team in setting up new programs to function within the accounting systems.</li> <li>Process payments to the applicatio
