Team members in this role also have the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation beyond this amount.</p> <p><strong>The contributions you will make:</strong></p> <p>Compeer Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to play a key role in serving and expanding our Tax &amp; Accounting business in the Rochester market. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, develop business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to agricultural producers and agribusinesses.</p> <p><strong>A typical day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide tax planning, tax preparation, and consulting services to individual, partnership, and corporate clients.</li> <li>Develop trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen Compeer's Tax &amp; Accounting business.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members across Compeer to deliver exceptional client service and comprehensive financial solutions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required or in progress.&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced experience in tax planning and tax preparation, preferably with agricultural or business clients.</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently, build
