<h2><strong>Be a Critical Member of Fresh Prints' Production Team</strong></h2> <p>Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We work with incredible students across the US and support them in building apparel businesses at their schools.</p> <p>The Production Artist Team reviews and revises mock-ups and production artwork for every order to ensure they accurately reflect the client's request and are ready for production. Examples of this work include:</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing mock-ups and production artwork</li> <li>Verifying designs match client requests</li> <li>Identifying and resolving production issues</li> <li>Preparing print-ready production files</li> <li>Revising artwork when needed</li> <li>Supporting internal production teams</li> <li>Ensuring quality and consistency across orders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Direct communication with the sales team via emails</strong></p> <p>The Production Artist Team is one of Fresh Prints' biggest strengths. We're responsible for ensuring every order is accurate, production-ready, and delivered to our printers with the highest quality standards.</p> <p>At Fresh Prints, we provide ongoing mentorship, technical training, QA coaching, and opportunities to build expertise in apparel production and print processes. A successful Production Artist enjoys solving problems, making thoughtful decisions, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, continuous learning, and adaptability are essential.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review mock-ups and production artwork to ensure they accurately reflect client requests and are ready for production.</li> <li>Verify artwork against order details, customer instructions, and production requirements.</li> <li>Identify and resolve production issues before orders reach the printer.</li> <li>Apply artwork revisions and prepare production-ready files when necessary.</li> <li>Review artwork for production feasibility, consistency, placement, sizing, spelling, and other quality standards.</li> <li>Communicate clearly with Campus Managers and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, recommendations, or clarification questions.</li> <li>Use Adobe Illustrator efficiently to review, edit, and prepare production artwork.</li> <li>Utilize AI-assisted workflows and internal tools responsibly to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency where applicable.</li> <li>Complete a set number of tickets per day while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and instruction comprehension</li> <li>Critical thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup</li> <li>Comfortable asking questions and clarifying ambiguous requests</li> <li>Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement</li> <li>Able to balance speed and efficiency without compromising quality</li> <li>Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced production environment</li> <li><em>Fresh graduates</em> are welcome to apply</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Adobe Photoshop is a plus)</li> <li>Experience reviewing and editing production artwork or
