In addition to our Emergency Services, we also provide Design and Build Services, Construction Management, and Preventative/Reactive/Predictive Maintenance Programs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Commercial HVAC/R Night-Shift Service Technician</strong></p> <p><strong>***15% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL AND NO ON CALL***</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance services for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems</p> <p>Commercial/industrial customers include restaurant equipment, convenience stores, cold storage facilities, distribution companies, and super market refrigeration</p> <p>Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems to including split systems, chillers, packaged units, oil- and gas-fired boilers and control systems</p> <p>Food service preparation equipment</p> <p>Ability to work with tablet-based service ticket software system for all HVAC/R work performed</p> <p>Perform HVAC/R preventative maintenance service for contract customers</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Education/Experience</em></strong></p> <p>High School diploma or GED</p> <p>3+ years of HVAC experience</p> <p><strong><em>Preferred Qualifications</em></strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>5+ years of Commercial refrigeration experience</p> <p>Commercial and residential air conditioning and gas/oil heat service experience</p> <p>Commercial and/or residential HVAC replacement experience</p> <p>Food service equipment experience</p> <p>Understanding of control systems and wiring</p> <p>EPA certification</p> <p>Professional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow with the company</p> <p><strong>**EARN UP TO $54.00 PER HOUR + UNION BENEFITS PACKAGE**</strong></p> <p><strong>*** REWARDING YOUR PERFORMANCE ***&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Competitive salary, commensurate with experience</p> <p>Company paid vacation and holidays</p> <p>Company health care, vision, &am
