Drawing on experience in large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, this role demands exceptional organizational capability, multidisciplinary coordination expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution at pace and high quality in a demanding, fast-paced environment.</p> <h4>Primary Responsibilities (75% of time)</h4> <p>You will own design delivery coordination and integration across multiple engineering disciplines and subcontractor scopes to ensure successful execution from concept through construction administration.</p> <p><strong>Design Disciplines:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Structural engineering</li> <li>MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)</li> <li>UF6 piping systems</li> <li>UF6 instrumentation and controls</li> <li>Civil engineering</li> <li>Facade design</li> <li>Lab design and planning</li> <li>Specialist piping systems (nitrogen, compressed air, and other process utilities)</li> </ul> <p>You will establish design governance frameworks, manage design reviews, coordinate deliverable schedules, and ensure fully integrated construction packages (IFP/IFC) are delivered on time and to specification. This role requires you to be extremely detail-oriented, identify real hard barriers, and drive cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality.</p> <h4>Additional Scope (25% of time)</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Early Release Package Planning:</strong> Develop strategies for packaging and sequencing early-release design packages to accelerate construction and de-risk critical path activities</li> <li><strong>Engineering Firm Management:</strong> Plan for and manage relationships with large augment engineering firms, including scope definition, deliverable standards, and performance metrics</li> <li><strong>Workflow Automation:</strong> Build and implement smart, automated workflows using APIs and ot
