This role is central to our efforts to design and build manufacturing facilities that will enable domestic nuclear fuel production.</p> <p data-start="1141" data-end="1557">This position supports EPC projects, including NRC-regulated environments, and is responsible for executing sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supplier management activities. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, quality, and project teams to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1vry3le" data-start="1585" data-end="1711">Execute procurement activities across EPC projects from requisition through delivery, closeout, and documentation turnover</li> <li data-section-id="155f5v7" data-start="1712" data-end="1838">Review purchase requisitions, scopes of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms for completeness and accuracy</li> <li data-section-id="1e8hj21" data-start="1839" data-end="1922">Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified suppliers and subcontractors</li> <li data-section-id="2n09jb" data-start="1923" data-end="1992">Prepare and issue RFQs, bid packages, and supplier communications</li> <li data-section-id="16izbsc" data-start="1993" data-end="2080">Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, schedule, technical compliance, and risk</li> <li data-section-id="ys8crc" data-start="2081" data-end="2193">Support and lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and change management</li> <li data-section-id="1sq6f3f" data-start="2194" data-end="2268">Issue and manage purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts</l
