This role will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations to establish quality standards, inspection methods, and processes that support production growth and continuous improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Quality Engineer will play a key role in developing the quality management system, improving process capability, supporting supplier quality, and selecting inspection equipment needed for both development and production operations</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and control plans.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the development and maintenance of the company's quality management system.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review engineering drawings and define inspection requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate, select, and implement inspection equipment, measurement tools, fixtures, and automated inspection methods.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead first article inspections, process validation activities, and quality planning for new products.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze process performance and recommend improvements to reduce variation and defects.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support material review board activities and drive reduction of scrap, rework, and nonconforming material.&nbsp;</li> <li>Issue and track supplier corrective actions and participate in supplier audits.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve product quality and process controls.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and maintain quality metrics and communicate quality trends to leadership.&nbsp;</li&
