This program is key to ensuring the safe, secure, and compliant management of nuclear material. This role is ideal for someone with strong math skills who can apply them to real-world measurements and are keenly detail oriented to ensure accurate documentation and reporting for compliance. You will work alongside engineers to ensure accurate tracking of nuclear materials in compliance with NRC regulations.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Perform basic statistical calculations to support inventory checks and material balances.</li> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Track and verify measurement data, including weights, volumes, and assay results.</li> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Calculate averages, error margins, and simple uncertainty estimates for measurements.</li> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Help design and check forms, spreadsheets, and databases used for MC&amp;A reporting.</li> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Support periodic physical inventories and reconcile records with actual counts.</li> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Assist in preparing compliance reports and internal audits.</li> <li data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="paragraph" data-prosemirror-node-block="true">Work with engineers and safeguards staff to learn applied MC&amp;A concepts.<
