This role will own full-cycle recruiting across technical, skilled trades, operations, manufacturing, construction, and facility buildout roles while also helping develop the long-term talent pipelines needed to support one of the most ambitious industrial projects in the country.</p> <p data-start="237" data-end="666">This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-impact recruiting team at a critical stage of growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers, operations leaders, and community stakeholders to identify, attract, assess, and close exceptional talent. You will also help build the external relationships that makes growth possible, including partnerships with trade schools, technical colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, and local community groups.</p> <p data-start="237" data-end="666">This role requires both strategic judgment and operational intensity. We are hiring at high volume, and we need someone who can scale recruiting without making candidates feel like a number: tracking pipeline health, maintaining clean systems, identifying bottlenecks, driving processes forward with urgency and precision, and ensuring every candidate receives clear communication, thoughtful engagement, and a positive impression of General Matter throughout the process.</p> <p>The team is highly collaborative, operates with integrity, and is deeply committed to bringing nuclear fuel enrichment back to US soil.
