Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p><strong>Inventory Control Specialist</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring inventory integrity, and supporting warehouse and production operations through effective inventory management practices. This position works closely with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with company procedures.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Inventory Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within ERP/WMS systems.</li> <li>Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, and shipments.</li> <li>Perform daily inventory reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.</li> <li>Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.</li> <li>Analyze inventory variances and identify root causes.</li> <li>Recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring inventory issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ERP/WMS Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.</li> <li>Review and validate inventory data integrity.</li> <li>Support system troubleshooting and resolve inventory-related transaction errors.</li> <li>Assist with ERP/WMS process improvements and optimization initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with Production teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.</li> <li>Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse teams regarding material movement and inventory transactions.</li> <li>Partner with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to resolve receiving and inventory discrepancies.</li> <li>Support Finance during inventory reconciliation and month-end closing activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting and Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.</li> <li>Track inventory KPIs including inventory accuracy, inventory aging, cycle count performance, and material shortages.</li> <li>Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for improvement.</li> <li>Support management with inventory performance metrics and operational reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance and Audit Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>
