Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p><strong>Logistics Intern – International Transportation &amp; Procurement Support</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong><br>Gotion is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support international transportation, procurement request processing, and payment tracking activities across multiple company divisions.</p> <p>This role offers hands-on experience in global supply chain operations within the EV battery manufacturing industry.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="473" data-end="966"> <li>Support international air, ocean, trucking, and customs logistics operations</li> <li>Track inbound/outbound shipments and delivery milestones</li> <li>Process procurement requests and assist with purchase order coordination</li> <li>Monitor logistics invoices and payment requests for timely approval</li> <li>Coordinate with procurement, finance, warehouse, and operations teams</li> <li>Maintain shipment records, reports, and KPI tracking</li> <li>Communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs brokers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="987" data-end="1349"> <li>Pursuing or recently completed degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field</li> <li>Basic understanding of international transportation and procurement processes</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul data-start="1365" data-end="1552"> <li>Knowledge of import/export documentation and freight terminology</li> <li>Interest in manufacturing, automotive, or EV battery supply chains</li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Details</strong></p> <ul data-start="1575" data-end="1754" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node=""> <li><strong>Department:</strong>&nbsp;Logistics</li> <li><strong>Reports To:</strong>&nbsp;Logistics Manager&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Schedule:</strong>&nbsp; 3-6 months Internship</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Manteno</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p class="xmsonormal">Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
