Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p></p> <h3 data-start="208" data-end="249">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="250" data-end="1371"> <li data-start="250" data-end="417"> <p data-start="252" data-end="417">Lead MES (Manufacturing Execution System) requirements analysis, solution architecture design, configuration, and implementation to support manufacturing operations.</p> </li> <li data-start="418" data-end="548"> <p data-start="420" data-end="548">Deploy, launch, and sustain MES systems across production environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.</p> </li> <li data-start="549" data-end="709"> <p data-start="551" data-end="709">Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, IT, automation, and supply chain) to align MES solutions with business and operational needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="710" data-end="813"> <p data-start="712" data-end="813">Manage MES project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, validation, and go-live support.</p> </li> <li data-start="814" data-end="923"> <p data-start="816" data-end="923">Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement for MES applications.</p> </li> <li data-start="924" data-end="1075"> <p data-start="926" data-end="1075">Develop, maintain, and review MES-related technical documentation, including system specifications, workflows, validation documents, and user guides.</p> </li> <li data-start="1076" data-end="1172"> <p data-start="1078" data-end="1172">Support integration of MES with ERP, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and other manufacturing systems.</p> </li> <li data-start="1173" data-end="1286"> <p data-start="1175" data-end="1286">Ensure MES solutions comply with applicable industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="1287" data-end="1371"> <p data-start="1289" data-end="1371">Train end users and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1373" data-end="1400">Required Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="1401" data-end="2004"> <li data-start="1401" data-end="1541"> <p data-start="1403" data-end="1541">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
