This individual will oversee projects from concept through commissioning, managing multiple concurrent initiatives with budgets exceeding $50 million while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.</strong></p> <p><strong>The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, utilities, mechanical infrastructure, and facility construction, along with exceptional leadership, project management, logistics coordination, and problem-solving skills.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Manage multiple industrial construction and facility infrastructure projects simultaneously, with individual and combined project budgets exceeding $50 million. </strong></li> <li><strong>Lead projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. </strong></li> <li><strong>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. </strong></li> <li><strong>Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, EHS, and external contractors. </strong></li> <li><strong>Review engineering drawings, electrical one-line diagrams, P&amp;IDs, construction documents, and technical specifications. </strong></li> <li><strong>Oversee installation and commissioning of industrial electrical, mechanical, HVAC, chiller, and utility systems. </strong></li> <li><strong>Ensure compliance with company safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and governmental requirements. </strong></li> <li><strong>Manage contractor performance, RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and construction quality. </strong></li> <li><strong>Identify project risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement effective corrective actions. </strong></li> <li><strong>Coordinate utility infrastructure projects with utility providers, municipalities, and government agencies. </strong></li> <li><
