This role is a great fit for someone who’s experienced, highly adaptable, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.</p> <p data-start="542" data-end="569"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul data-start="570" data-end="1082"> <li data-start="570" data-end="696"> <p data-start="572" data-end="696">Supporting executives with key business activities—from strategy and planning to client meetings and operational execution</p> </li> <li data-start="697" data-end="787"> <p data-start="699" data-end="787">Helping lead cross-functional coordination as the company grows and enters new markets</p> </li> <li data-start="788" data-end="898"> <p data-start="790" data-end="898">Being hands-on during business trips, client visits, and important meetings (some travel will be required)</p> </li> <li data-start="899" data-end="979"> <p data-start="901" data-end="979">Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners</p> </li> <li data-start="980" data-end="1082"> <p data-start="982" data-end="1082">Staying flexible and focused under pressure—this role moves fast, and priorities can shift quickly</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1084" data-end="1113"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul data-start="1114" data-end="1478"> <li data-start="1114" data-end="1145"> <p data-start="1116" data-end="1145">Bachelor’s degree or higher</p> </li> <li data-start="1146" data-end="1235"> <p data-start="1148" data-end="1235">At least 5 years of work experience in operations, business support, or similar roles</p> </li> <li data-start="1282" data-end="1333"> <p data-start="1284" data-end="1333">Strong communication and problem-solving skills</p> </li> <li data-start="1334" data-end="1393"> <p data-start="1336" data-end="1393">Comfortable with frequent travel and a dynamic workload</p> </li> <li data-start="1394" data-end="1478"> <p data-start="1396" data-end="1478">A high level of professionalism and the ability to work directly with executives</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-
