This role focuses on advanced calibration execution, technical oversight, and supporting team consistency, ensuring all work meets regulatory, quality, and customer expectations.</p> <p>This position is ideal for an experienced technician with&nbsp;<strong>3+</strong><strong>&nbsp;years of calibration experience</strong>, including <strong>Nuclear Density Gauges</strong>, who is ready to take on a lead role—guiding others, setting technical standards, and owning work quality without full managerial responsibility.</p> <hr> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <h4>Technical Leadership</h4> <ul> <li>Serve as a senior technical resource for calibration, repair, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Perform advanced calibrations, repairs, leak tests, and equipment rebuilds.</li> <li>Support and validate technically complex or non‑standard work.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and informal training to other technicians.</li> </ul> <h4>Team Support &amp; Coordination</h4> <ul> <li>Act as a lead technician supporting daily work assignments and workflow.</li> <li>Assist with prioritization and coordination of service work as needed.</li> <li>Serve as a technical escalation point for questions and problem-solving.</li> <li>Promote consistent procedures, documentation, and quality standards.</li> </ul> <h4>Service Operations Support</h4> <ul> <li>Support daily service schedules, turnaround times, and work flow.</li> <li>Coordinate equipment movement from intake through completion when required.</li> <li>Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and traceability of equipment.</li> </ul> <h4>Radiation Safety &amp; Compliance</h4> <ul> <li>Support the <strong>Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)</strong> function.</li> <li>Perform and oversee calibrations involving <strong>nuclear density gauges</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and <strong>ISO/IEC 17025</strong>.</li> <li>Maintain required records and support audit readiness.</li> </ul> <h4>Customer Support</h4> <ul> <li>Provide technical support for customer inquiries and service questions.</li> <li>Assist with troubleshooting, service updates, and technical explanations as needed.</li> </ul> <h4>Quality Control</h4> <ul> <li>Review calibration data, reports, and documentation for accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure work meets quality standards before equipment release.</li> </ul> <h4>Inventory &amp; Logistics</h4> <ul> <li>Support inventory accuracy, equipment traceability, and material availability.</li> <li>Assist with shipping and receiving coordination as needed.</li> </ul> <h4>Continuous Improvement</h4> <ul> <li>Identify technical or workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.</li> <li>Assist with new tools, services, or procedural updates.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years</strong> of experience in calibration, technical service, or equipment repair.</li> <li>Hands‑on experience with <strong>Nuclear Density Gauges</strong>.</li> <li>Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail and ownershi
