We build solar-powered aircraft that fly at 60,000 ft for weeks at a time, delivering persistent, affordable, and scalable presence from this layer of the atmosphere.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="334" data-end="453">We are looking for a Technicians of all sorts of experience (avionics, harness, integration, build, etc.) who can help turn raw parts, drawings, and ideas into flight-ready aircraft.</p> <p data-start="455" data-end="643">This role is for someone hands-on, practical, reliable, and hungry to learn. Someone who can build, fix, organize, assemble, test, clean, improve, and jump into whatever the mission needs.</p> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">Mission</h2> <p>Re-establish and maintain dominance in the Stratosphere.</p> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">What you’ll do</h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li data-start="734" data-end="793">Build, assemble, modify, repair, and test aircraft hardware</li> <li data-start="795" data-end="922">Support mechanical assembly, wiring, avionics installation, propulsion integration, and flight hardware preparation</li> <li data-start="924" data-end="1013">Work from engineering drawings, CAD, build instructions, checklists, and verbal direction</li> <li data-start="1015" data-end="1116">Use hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, adhesives, fasteners, fixtures, and basic test equipment</li> <li data-start="1118" data-end="1240">Help fabricate and assemble lightweight structures, brackets, harnesses, panels, mounts, fixtures, and aircraft components</li> <li data-start="1242" data-end="1333">Support inventory, kitting, part organization, receiving, labeling, and factory cleanliness</li> <li data-start="1335" data-end="1408">Inspect your own work and catch problems before they become flight issues</li> <li data-start="1410" data-end="1510">Support ground testing, system checkouts, packing, transport, field operations, and flight test prep</li> <li data-start="1512" data-end="1599">Work closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot problems and improve builds</li> <li data-start="1601" data-end="1655">Do whatever needs to get done to help the aircraft fly</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">What we’re looking for</h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li data-start="1684" data-end="1778">Hands-on experience building, assembling, repairing, maintaining, or fabricating real hardware</li> <li data-start="1780" data-end="1829">Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools</li> <li data-start="1831" data-end="1886">High attention to detail and pride in clean workmanship</li> <li data-start="1888" data-end="1921">Practical problem-solving ability</li> <li data-start="1923" data-end="2010">Willingness to learn across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and test</li> <li data-start="2012" data-end="2056">Reliable
