Backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, Spark Capital, and Lockheed Martin Ventures, and working with partners such as the U.S. Space Force and NASA, Inversion is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in space-based defense and logistics.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Set up and operate multi-axis CNC milling machines and CNC lathes with live tooling.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Select, install, and maintain tooling, fixtures, and workholding.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor machining runs, adjust parameters, and ensure parts meet print specifications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Troubleshoot machining and programming issues; recommend process improvements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate closely with programmers to maintain efficient workflows.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Required Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret/Top Secret security clearance.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Typically 3-5+ years of CNC set-up experience with 5-axis mills and CNC lathe
