This role involves installation, service, and inspection of fire suppression systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Installation, Service, and Inspections of Fire Suppression systems.</li> <li>Completion of all necessary paperwork associated with service and inspections.</li> <li>Communicate with customers before and after each service call to explain work performed.</li> <li>Foster positive customer relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and responsive service.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs and system requirements.</li> <li>Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.</li> <li>Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator regarding inspection or project delays, requirements, and job status.</li> <li>Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.</li> <li>Mentor technicians on tools and technology when needed.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with fire sup
