This role supports experienced technicians as part of a service crew and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning industry.&nbsp;Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional customer service.</p> <p></p> <div> <p><strong>This position involves physically demanding, hands-on labor in industrial environments and requires schedule flexibility, including occasional night or early morning work to accommodate customer operations.</strong></p> </div> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li> <div>Assist crew members with cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.</div> </li> <li> <div>Support pressure washing and degreasing of hood canopies, duct collars, ductwork, exhaust fans, and related system components.</div> </li> <li> <div>Help prepare job sites, equipment, and materials before and during service work.</div> </li> <li> <div>Assist with inspections and ensure equipment and system compon
