Dock and Door Sales Representative

<p>Provide for the growth and profit of Lift Power, Inc. by contacting existing and potential customers to promote sales of Dock &amp; Door equipment. Develop sales for specified products within the assigned territory. Handle customer concerns and complaints.</p> <table style="height: 90px; width: 632px;" width="417"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 617.031px;" width="720"> <h2>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</h2> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <ul> <li>Call on potential customers to develop new business for Dock &amp; Door</li> <li>Respond to all inquiries from users, contractors, and suppliers</li> <li>Follow up leads and submit quotes &amp; bids in a timely manner</li> <li>Visit contractor’s jobsites and meet with job superintendents and project managers <ul> <li>This includes attending the weekly subcontractor meetings (while you can attend either in person or virtually, we would expect most to be in person)</li> <li>The job superintendents have an important voice in how we performed which affect who gets the next job</li> </ul> </li> <li>Quote your own jobs <ul> <li>To contractors and end users</li> <li>This will require training both from Department Manager as well as attending factory sales schools</li> </ul> </li> <li>Organize proposal data for review with D&amp;D support staff</li> <li>Accept new duties and responsibilities when they are assigned.</li> <li>Input and maintain all new opportunities, quotes, and activity in CRM</li> <li>Maintain a high degree of communication about customer proposals with the sales support staff</li> <li>Maintain positive communication with company managers.</li> <li>Present a professional image in personal appearance and dress</li> <li>Conduct all business relationships in accordance with Lift Power’s policies and procedures</li> </ul>
