In this role you will, in collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA), lead and direct security measures required for implementing the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and ensure compliance with relevant Foreign, Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) mitigation measures. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all industrial security concerns and requirements, providing expert guidance and briefing to both management and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) security-related policies and procedures, overseeing personnel security and physical security programs, including personnel clearances.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide and protect Security, Information Technology, Facilities, Supply Chain Management, and other critical assets and services for the Loft Federal team.</li> <li>Be the Subject Matter Expert and advisor on security and counterintelligence to the Loft Federal Leadership Team and the Loft Federal Board of Directors.</li> <li>Serve as the FSO and Insider Threat Program Official.</li> <li>Manage day to day security program.</li> <li>Oversee FOCI compliance.</li> <li>Develop and implement security requirements for secure payload processing and operations facilities, teams, and program infrastructure.</li> <li>Create and execute a comprehensive security education program to ensure personnel are well-trained on all required security topics.</li> <li>Establish and implement Standard Practice Procedures, Emergency Actio
