Join us.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">May Mobility is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join and support our Legal team and serve as a trusted business partner across the organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a versatile attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. You will negotiate and manage supplier and commercial agreements, help build and maintain compliance programs, review press releases and marketing blogs, and provide practical legal guidance on a range of issues that arise as we scale our autonomous vehicle operations worldwide.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: regulatory affairs, safety and product liability, data privacy, intellectual property including patents, or employment law. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and business development teams and will have a direct hand in shaping the legal infrastructure of a company at the forefront of the autonomous mobility revolution.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial and supplier agreements, including hardware supply, software licensing, services, joint development, and partnership agreements, while developing and maintaining playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidelines for use across the legal team</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies covering areas such as data privacy, safety, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide day-to-day legal counsel to cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, business development, government affairs, marketing, and human resources</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Advise on regulatory matters related to autonomous vehicle testing, deployment, and commercialization at the federal, state, and local levels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the management of outside counsel and coordinat
