We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We are hiring a salesperson to win new accounts with American manufacturers and grow them into long term partners. You will: - Close new accounts, from first conversation to first order - Own relationships with buyers, supply chain managers, and shop owners, and become the person they call first - Quote fast and follow up faster - Learn the product deeply, including alloys, tempers, tolerances, lead times, and what actually matters on the floor - Work closely with software and purchasing to turn demand signals into inventory decisions, so the right plate is already on the floor when the order lands - Use AI to research accounts, prepare for calls, and follow up at a volume a team of five could not match - Build your own internal tools in Claude Code - Manage your own time with real discipline, protect your focus for the work that matters most, and delegate the rest - Grow existing accounts by finding the next part, the next program, and the next plant - Bring pricing, product, and service feedback back into the company while it is still useful You should be: - Experienced at a high growth company or an early stage startup - Fast, organized, and on time - Excellent with AI tools and fluent in Claude Code. This role runs 60 to 90 hours per week and weekends are expected - Excited to spend the next 30 years rebuilding American manufacturing Significant equity is offered.
