Specific eligibility and coverage details will be provided during the hiring process**</em></p></div><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <div> <p>Piper Fire Protection's Clearwater, FL branch is seeking a skilled <strong>Fire Sprinkler Inspector</strong> to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of water-based fire protection systems. This role is heavily focused on sprinkler inspections and compliance with NFPA 25 standards, while also supporting inspection and testing activities related to fire alarm systems as needed.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience inspecting sprinkler systems and be comfortable performing fire alarm inspections when required.</p> </div> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and all applicable local, state, and federal codes; perform fire alarm inspections and testing as assigned.</li> <li>Conduct monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and 5-year inspection frequencies on water-based fire protection systems</li> <li>Inspect and test fire pumps (Electric &amp; Diesel), comparing results to data plate or acceptance test</li> <li>Perform water flow tests for fire hydrants, including determining flow rates at residual pressure at 20 PSI</li> <li>Conduct inspections and testing of dry systems, pre-action &amp; deluge systems, and standpipe flow tests</li> <li>Conduct all duties related to inspection and tes
