<p><strong>Job description</strong></p> <p>A leading Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer in Chandler Arizona is seeking experienced Solder/ Wire Harness Assembly Technicians. The perfect Candidate for this position will be reliable, have a good work ethic, be a team player, and take great pride in building assemblies that help keep America safe.</p> <p><strong>Weekly Schedule:</strong> Full time, 9/80 Schedule</p> <p>Week 1 - Mon-Fri 6:00a-2:00p (overtime as required).</p> <p>Week 2 - Mon-Thur 6:00am-4:00pm (overtime as required)</p> <p><strong>Pay: $19 to $23 per hour</strong></p> <p><strong>Specific Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Crimping, stripping, and using various hand tools.</li> <li>Assemble product by following drawings, traveler, and work instructions.</li> <li>Follow IPC-620 and J-STD-001 guidelines&nbsp;<strong>(in house training is available).</strong></li> <li>Following assembly procedures and documenting all work in a traveler.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous wire harness experience or formal wire harness training is required.</li> <li>Ability to read and understand drawings, drawing notes, and assembly procedures.</li> <li>A strong work ethic, an eye for quality, and a sense of pride.</li> <li>Must know how to read and use a ruler/scale/tape measure/caliper.</li> <li>Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.</li> <li>Must be able to read, speak, and write English.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</strong></em></p> <p>We offer products for applications such as:</p> <ul> <li>Military</li> <li>Aerospace</li> <li>Satellite components</li> <li>Missile defense</li> <li>Communication Systems</li> <li>And More.....</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Qualastat Electronics LLC is an equal opportunity employer.&nbsp; All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.</em></strong></p>
