Whether you’re just getting started or looking for your next big challenge, this is a place where you can thrive and make a real impact.</p></div><p><strong>Technical Specialist&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>FLSA Status: Exempt</strong></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>This position provides technical expertise across the full project lifecycle, supporting sales, customers, contractors, and internal teams.&nbsp; This role is focused on equipment design support, order accuracy, installation verification, start-up coordination, and post-start-up technical issue resolutions.&nbsp; The Technical Specialist is not a start-up technician but serves as a high-level technical resource for complex, recurring, or critical issues related to LG equipment and controls.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Estimating &amp; Pre-Sales Support</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the sales team with LG equipment design and selection during the estimating phase.</li> <li>Review project-specific control requirements and ensure LG equipment selections meet all specified criteria.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance to ensure proposed solutions align with customer and project requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Procurement Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with and help ensure equipment orders are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved designs and customer expectations.</li> <li>Review order details to minimize errors, rework, or field issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Installation Oversight</strong></p> <ul> <li>Verify proper installation of LG equipment in accordance with project requirements and manufacturer standards.</li> <li>Oversee piping walk-troughs for split systems, both pre-installation and post-installation.</li> <li>Update and help standardize pre-start-up checklists to improve consistency and readiness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Start-Up Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with the preparation of configuration and setpoint sheets for the service team.</li> <li>Review service post-startup configuration files to verify accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Coordinate with the sales team, which is responsible for obtaining post-start-up files from Service and transmitting them internally as required.</li> <li>Support commissioning of controls in collaboration with the controls contractor, as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Post-Start-Up Technical Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team, customers, contractors, and building owners.</li> <li>Focus on investigating and resolving major, complex, or recurring system issues (not routine start-up activities).</li> <li>Service as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem resolution related to LG equipment and controls.</li> <li>Attend LG-specific project meetings as a technical representative when required</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Required Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s de
