This role serves as the functional and technical lead for Teamcenter operations, driving system improvements, and supporting complex business processes.&nbsp; As this team grows, someone that hungers to mentor junior PLM staff will be critical to this teams success.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary technical owner for Teamcenter administration, CAD and configuration</li> <li>Configure and maintain items, revisions, BOMs, datasets, lifecycles, workflows, and access controls as well as standard parts libraries, document and drawing</li> <li>Extensive experience with Microsoft office suite and strong ability to clean and format documents (table of contents, figures, hyperlinks ect.)</li> <li>Management processes (ECR/ECO/ECN) and release workflows</li> <li>Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across product structures and lifecycle states</li> <li>Define and enforce PLM standards, best practices, and data models</li> <li>Act as the highest level of PLM support for complex issues and root-cause analysis</li> <li>Support and troubleshoot CAD and CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA, Creo)</li> <li>Coordinate with Siemens GTAC or external partners for advanced issue resolution</li> <li>Lead testing, validation, and deployment for Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and enhancements</li> <li>Support or lead PLM improvement initiatives, including new module adoption and process optimization and Collaborate/support IT on ERP and downstream integrations</li> <li>Serve as a technical mentor to junior PLM administrators</li> <li>Provide guidance and best practices to program, engineering and manufacturing stakeholders</li> <li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and SOPs</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent with 7-10 years of experience in PLM administration or configuration management</li> <li>Stron
