Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Development, you will own the quality systems and root cause processes that hold suppliers accountable across key technical domains, ensuring they meet True Anomaly's rigorous standards for quality, cost, and schedule. This role is ideal for a technically minded engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and supply chain — someone who can bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our supplier network, and who is passionate about driving data-driven decisions and scalable, resilient quality processes from the ground up.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="Plain Text">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">Own the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process end to end — issuing SCARs, driving suppliers through structured root cause methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D), and verifying corrective action effectiveness before closure.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":90}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations on escapes and yield issues, refusing to accept 'operator error' as a final answer and pushing suppliers to systemic, process-level fixes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":90}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Build and maintain supplier quality data and statistical trending — defect rates, PPM, Cp/Cpk, first-pas
