You’ve got the whole form/function thing down pat, and you’re down to join a team that embraces Design in everything they do.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities.&nbsp;</strong>(Other duties may be assigned)</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the creation of visual designs, typography, visual concepts, logos, and icons working under the direction of a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director.</li> <li>Brainstorm creative concepts with the project team (cross-discipline) and help develop original campaigns.</li> <li>Integrate ideas across multiple mediums: print, digital and beyond.</li> <li>Ideally, you will get direction and run with it. We look for self-starters, go-getters, and other hyphenated-type characters.</li> <li>Sell your work—not just to clients, but to your peers and colleagues, too.</li> <li>Working on projects and assignments in accordance to established timelines and project briefs and expectations.</li> </ul> <p><strong class="ignore-global-css">Qualifications&nbsp;-&nbsp;</strong><span class="ignore-global-css">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to&nbsp;perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable&nbsp;accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the&nbsp;essential functions.</span></p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of proven experience in the agency space.</li> <li>A bachelor’s degree in Design or a portfolio school education focused on Design/art direction. <ul> <li>You’re a conceptual creative problem solver, strategically applying ideas across all channels and you’re dedicated to the craft of design (kerning matters!).</li> <li>You are curious by nature and have interest in expanding your knowledge and skills across animation or digital.
