2027 YSEALI ScamShield Regional Workshop

The Public Diplomacy Sections (PDS) of the U.S. Mission to ASEAN and U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh announce an open competition for applications to develop, organize, and oversee the Young Southeast Asian Leader Initiative (YSEALI) ScamShield Regional Workshop in Cambodia. Following the success of the YSEALI CyberSafe workshop in January 2026, this next workshop on countering online scams will reveal how criminal scam groups use illicit financial flows as they victimize Americans and Southeast Asians, and it will teach young leaders to detect, disrupt, and dismantle criminal financial networks.
