General Government Debt Model Process: Debt management for primarily tax-supported capital improvements providing modeling, debt capacity tracking, analysis, projections, stress testing, and innovative solutions based on related services. COR will provide relevant budget, debt, general ledger actuals, and capital project cashflow details as support for the preparation of these computations and model inputs.
